Shake thoroughly before use. Apply the foam into the palms of your hands and apply to damp skin or scalp. Leave on for 5 minutes, then rinse thoroughly.
As a mask: apply a larger amount of foam, leave on for 15-20 minutes and rinse.
Use morning and evening for maximum effect.
