Description
Traditional Japanese soy sauce with Organic JAS certification is the result of a unique fermentation process using more than 300 species of beneficial microorganisms. It is created using historical methods in "Kura" wooden oak barrels with over two centuries of tradition. All the ingredients are sourced from organic farming - soybeans and wheat are grown without the use of chemical fertilizers or pesticides, on land that has been cultivated for generations. The purity and delicate taste is ensured by spring water from a depth of 80 metres.
